Do you know the different ways to express opinions and complaints as a customer?

The Tanga Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (Tanga UWASA) receives and handles complaints about the provision of services. The customer can submit his complaint using the following methods:-
i. By visit any Tanga UWASA Customer Service Office and Zonal Offices.
ii. Write an email (e-mail info@tangauwasa. go.tz) or a letter to Managing Director
iii. Calling the toll free number 0800110111
iv. Posting on various WhatsApp groups established by Tanga UWASA in different areas connecting Customers living in the respective area. Comments, complaints and suggestions will be followed up and acted upon promptly and in accordance with our service standards. Tanga UWASA welcomes ideas and feedback from stakeholders to improve service delivery.
